Admissions

Children may enroll at any time of the year if space is available. Waitlist registration works on a “first come first served” basis. Two Week’s tuition deposit + a one time registration fee are required to enroll a child and to guarantee a placement at Little Eagles Nest.

Requirements:

1. Signed Parent Agreement
2. Signed Parent Handbook
3. A completed medical form and emergency contact form:
   – OCFS Form 4433
   – OCFS Form 0792
4. Two Week’s Tuition Deposit + Enrollment Fee
