Our Program

We offer an age-appropriate curriculum. Your child will participate in a nationally recognized education program that is designed uniquely for Infants, Toddlers and Pre-K children. The curriculums we use combined with our Montessori inspired setting and teachings, we support relationship-based play and discovery. Through the Brightwheel app, parents will receive a daily report with details of their child’s activities and achievements. Each month, information about lessons and menus for the upcoming weeks will be provided via the app. (Infants will have their own routines and menus aligned with their home routines and parent’s preferences when able to). Our informative monthly newsletter will provide additional information for the coming month such as important dates to remember, event and general insight on our months lessons etc..

Infant Program (8m-18m)

Little Eagles Nest offers infant care services catering to children aged 2 to 18 months. We strive to meet all the physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs of these young children. We provide working parents reliable care services in the form of a FULL DAY care program. As your child participates in this program, they will:

  • Build emotional connections that are key for developmental growth
  • Have access to specialized sensory tools and toys that invite them to explore and make sense of their environment.
  • Engage in playful activities that stimulate their brains and supports their development of 30 foundational skills.

Our teachers use books, puppets, music and toys to help the 30 foundational skills connected to emotional, language, physical and cognitive development.

Toddler Program (18m – 3y)

Little Eagles Nest Toddler Program follows a research based curriculum that supports your Childs rapidly growing curiosity. We focuses on the social development of young children by facilitating social interactions to help them learn while they join in classroom activities. Daily activities will strengthen language skills, as well as help develop fine and gross motor skills. Lots of stories (sometimes in French), games and sensory opportunities will help your little ones develop into terrific toddlers! As your child participates in this program, they will:

  • Build relationship skills and learn to express their feelings.
  • Have access to specialized books, tools, art material and toys that invite them to investigate new concepts and build vocabulary.
  • Engage in playful activities that stimulate their brain and support their development.

Our teachers use books, puppets, music, blocks, puzzles and manipulatives to inspire a love of learning. While your child plays, they will naturally build foundational skills in developmental domains such as:

  • Social-Emotional
  • Physical and Motor
  • Language and Literacy
  • Math and Reasoning
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Creative Arts

Pre K Program (3y – 5y)

This is where we get them ready for the next steps like Pre-K, Kindergarten and well beyond. Respect, cooperation, patience and kindness are very important life skills. We support and encourage our students to practice these behaviors and develop into the best people they can be. We teach and model the concepts of sharing and being a good friend while children learn to function as individuals and as members of a group. An overview is listed below:

  • Clearly defined themes (e.g., animals, transportation, seasons, community helpers)
  • Integrated, hands-on experiences to build real-world connections.
  • Play-based daily art projects, storytelling, music, movement, sensory activities, and games.
  • Encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
  • Research-Based approach that focuses on whole-child development: cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical.
  • Alignment with developmental milestones and early learning standards.

Children may enroll at any time of the year if space is available. Waitlist registration works on a “first come first served” basis.
